Returns and refunds

You can return your item/s for free within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order and receive a full refund, please refer to full terms of this policy below.

Please ensure you retrieve and retain the proof of postage from the courier when posting your return to us, as we may request for proof of this in the event of loss.

Want to return your items?

Contact us at store@canon-me.com with the following details: your name, order number, your contact number and details of the product you will be returning, as well as its serial number.

Upon receipt of your email, we will send you a returns form and label. Please fill in the returns form, attach the label to the outside of the package and follow the instructions on how to return your parcel to us.

Items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty), in the original packaging with the contents of the box, including manuals and cables. The item/s should be undamaged and unused.

Refund policy

We will refund the direct debit or credit card used to make your purchase for the full amount paid for the products within 30 days of our receipt of the product. The 14 day return period starts from the day after the last product from your order arrives. We will notify you once your refund has been issued. See our full terms and conditions.

We are unable to cancel, refund or offer exchanges (unless faulty or not as described) on the following items:
